Registration
fee includes:
conference registration and access to all conference sessions, conference
material and conference bag, conference proceedings, two lunches (on the
3rd and 4th of April 2009), gala dinner on the 4th of April 2009, all
coffee breaks throughout the conference on the 3rd and 4th of April 2009,
participation in half-day excursion/tour the on the 5th of April 2009.
Registration fee does not
include: accommodation, travel expenses to/from Rhodes,
food and beverages at the half-day excursion/tour, and bank or credit card
charges. **
Student
registration fee includes:
conference registration and access to all conference sessions, conference
material and conference bag, conference proceedings, all coffee breaks

*** The lead paper author (or at least one of the co-authors in case of multiple authors) is required to register at the latest for the Conference with full payment of fees on or before 28th of February 2009 in order for papers to be included in the Conference Proceedings as well as in the Conference Program. Accepted papers submitted by authors not registered with full payment of fees for the conference by the February 28th 2009 will be deleted from both the Conference Proceedings and the Conference Presentation schedule. Also, please note that early bird (reduced fee) registration is until the 16th of February 2009! Important Notes: a) Bank charges are not included in the above rates; a bank processing charge of 3 Euro will be added to the above amounts; b) Cancellation policy: If a registration is cancelled before 10 March 2009, registration fees are refund less 80 Euro for process charges. No refund after 10 March 2009; c) transfer from/to Mediterranean hotel to/from conference venue (Rodos Palace hotel) is not included in registration fees - delegates staying at Mediterranean hotel should make their own arrangements for transfer (taxi or public bus).
